Very helpful jewelry store. Markus is very customer service oriented. They agreed to fix my jewelry which was only sterling silver and garnets and peridots, not heirloom or fine jewelry and fixed my boyfriend's watch when another local jeweler took a week to get back to me just to tell me that they were not going to repair my jewelry. It's no wonder they've been in business for 20 years now.
