Car Wash. On August 10, 2007 at or about 14:58 p.m. I stopped at the Clough BP Station to fill up on my way home from the doctor. The station I stopped at was located at 4261 Mt. Carmel-Tobasco Rd. Cincinnati , Ohio 45244 , station number 38333449. I filled up on pump #2 unleaded, 10.022 gallons @ 2.649 per gallon for a sale of $26.55. I added the ?WORKS 2? carwash @ $9.00 with a $3.00 discount for a total sale of $32.54.

Immediately after filling up I circled around the back of the station and entered into the carwash area. I placed my car in neutral, entered the code and waited for the car to be towed through the car wash. The tow felt a bit rougher than I am used to but I couldn?t have turned back if I wanted to. Upon entering the last phase where the green spinning brushes do their work the driver side brush slammed into the car causing me to actually be jolted. I felt another couple of jolts and then I saw my rear view mirror pulled away from the car. I had to wait for the wash to finish and immediately drove around to the office/store and reported the incident to the attendant. Two men were there and one gave me a piece of card board to write my contact information on. As I did so the other attendant went out and looked at the car, took my license plate and VIN #. I was told that the owner would be notified of the incident and that I would be contacted soon. As of this evening I have not heard from the owner. NOTE: The attendants were polite and courteous. I have yet to deal with the management. I hope that it will be as pleasant as it was with the attendants.

FOLLOW UP - Angie contacted me in less than 24 hours and arranged for me to have my car repaired! I'll let everyone know how it goes. She was polite and knowledgable about her business. Two thumbs up!
