European Food. I have introduced allot of my friends and family to this restaurant. They've got a great menu--stuff I can't find anywhere else in Cincinnati. The food is always excellent and you have to try the hot slaw.

Good Find! Our new favorite place.. My wife and I love to try new places and consider ourselves foodies. I was looking online and found Laszlo's, especially since we wanted to try Hungarian food. From the second we walked in we loved the place. Great vibe, atmosphere was nice, great service - friendly staff all around and the food was delicious. I had the Stuffed Cabbage Roll and it definitely did not disappoint. My wife had the Szeklar Goulash - Excellent. A return visit is definitely in order.

Mediocre at Best. A few years ago their food was okay, but recently it's gotten a lot worse. It's a shame because Cincinnati could really use a decent eastern European restaurant. Avoid.

I noticed your response and apologize if you had a bad experience. Is there something I can do to establish what the problem was? We would like our customers to leave feeling that they have had a good dining experience and evidently that did not happen in your situation. Only with customer input are we able to resolve any problems. Monica

Wonderful Local German Restaurant with Unique Dishes. We visit Laszlo's once or twice a month and always enjoy good food at reasonable prices. Their 2 for 1 specials on Tuesdays are especially worth checking out. Often 2 people can eat for less than $20 including drinks and tax.

We really love the Schnitzel - they have so many varieties I can't list them all here. We also love the Ham au Madera which has ham and roast beef with spinach and swiss cheese - it is amazing.

Their french onion soup is great as well as their calamari and saurerkraut balls. They serve bread that is homemade and warm.

There are always specials to explore for various holidays and game menus depending on the time of year.

I highly recommend checking out Laszlo's if you want traditional German fare or even something a little unusual. BTW - don't forget the Giant Creme Puff for dessert.

Good Hungarian. Have eaten here several times and usually enjoy it. Love the schnitzels. Stick to the page of the menu with the Hungarian and German dishes. We've been disappointed with the seafood and pastas.

Not Recommended - Too many other good restaurants in that area. Our first visit to the Iron Skillet and our last! The restaurant advertises 2 for 1 on Tuesday, they do not advertise that the 2 for 1 is only on 3 select dinners, none of which any of the eight people with us wanted. We ordered fried chicken and decided to split the dinner. We were told there would be a $2.00 split charge, which is one of the reasons we will NEVER go back. The chicken was over cooked, dry and the coating was dry and dark. The french fries were over cooked and tasteless. The Cordon Bleu was coated with beef gravy (which we did not understand why they would put beef gravy on chicken) and the inside was very dry. The shrimp was over cooked and tasteless as was much of the food we were served. My salad was about 1/2 the size of most dinner salads, with about 1/2 teaspoon of dressing in the container, I had to ask for more dressing. We thought the portions on all of the meals were skimpy to say the least, especially the dinner salads. The service was the best part of the dinner, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The $2.00 split charge was the thing that got me the most, does it cost $2.00 for an extra plate???????

schnitzel galore. One of the most interesting places, that I have found to eat. What a great variety of foods, whether it be european or american. I love the feeling of the european atomsphere. All the servers seemed to know the customers very well, it was very friendly and inviting.
