My husband, daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Jon and Carol for years, and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere! They spend time with you, making sure they understand your concerns and then making sure you understand things also. When a refill is needed, they call it in fast, which is almost unheard of in most practices I've dealt with. Carol Abbott, CNP, is excellent with younger patients as well as us older folks! Dr. Jon is very precise and talks to his patients, not above them. The office staff is very accommodating, and after hours calls are answered very quickly and they treat you like family when your there. Appointment times are kept real. In the years I've been going here, I've only had to wait a few times and that was less than 15 minutes! I can't say enough about this group! They ARE Cincinnati's finest! I would drive well beyond the hour and a half that it takes us to get there now to see these guys!
