Do not take your jewerly here to be repaired!. I have brought my jewelery to Eddie Lane's since it was EDB's. Their repair this past year has declined significantly. After having my diamond reset (entirely rebuilt by them) I have had problem after problem with prongs breaking/bending. I have taken it back numerous times to be corrected-one time it was even set crooked. I am still experiencing problems and will now look for a jeweler who can fix my diamond and hopefully I will be able to wear it instead of having it fixed every other week.

The advantage for the customer is factory-direct prices, for example a 1ct. round diamond in a gold setting starts at $1999. The store will also order gems for the customer if they're not in stock.

GREAT PRICES W/KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF. MY VISIT TO EDB'S DIAMOND SHOWROOM WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES IN PURCHASING JEWELRY I HAVE EVER HAD. THE KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY CURTIOUS AND I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT I WALKED OUT OF THERE WITH A GREAT DEAL. IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A SALES STAFF THAT DIDN'T PRESSURE INTO BUYING RIGHT NOW KIND OF ATTITUDE.
