Nice for a date

I took my future wife here on our second date. It has a nice atmosphere, good food, and reasonable prices. I am particularly fond of the pecan-crusted chicken. Juicy and tender. The mashed potatoes seem to be a hit-or-miss proposition, depending on the night. There is a nice outdoor area for good weather days. Be careful though: there are two different locations for Baxter, and they don't honor all of the other's certificates, coupons or promotions. We found that out the hard way after the meal.

Salmon, a different way

Several times the Salmon in Potatoes has found its way onto my plate. The salmon is covered in crispy potato shreds, frie to a golden brown. Inside the salmon is juicy anad flavorful. I really like this presentation.
