AMAZING, WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, ATTENTIVE and THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you could ever ask for. They have gone above and beyond to help me out with my many needs between my vacuums, sewing machines and knife sharpening. Wouldn't recommend anyone over them.

I HIGHLY recommend this store. The staff members are extremely knowledgeable and kind to the extent of benevolent. The prices are fair and the service excellent.

I recommend Kramers to anyone interested in sewing machines and classes that span all skill levels. Their sales and service staff are excellent.

If you want to buy a machine of any kind, then this is the place. If you have a sewing question or problem with your machine, then they can fix it. outstanding service and knowledge. The staff here knows sewing inside and out and provides training on machines you buy from them. There is no other store that will provide training without paying extra for it. They have machines and other items used in basic sewing to the very experienced sewers. I have been very happy with the products, service and the overall knowledge of the people who work at this store. It would be hard to find any store that compares to this one.

Awful and inept. Stay away from this place if you have anything important to be done. They may be fine if you need to buy cheap supplies, but for service they are the worst. First, a friend of mine tried to have a sewing machine fixed there; they used the wrong parts to repair it and then tried to claim they were correct. They got the manufacturer's information and had them undo it and refund them. I got a gift certificate for knife sharpening and very specifically told them it was a gift and to send a card and credit to my friend; they assured me it would be done. Instead, they sent a credit receipt and my friend had no idea what it was for. Lastly, they can't sharpen knives AT ALL. Overall, stay away.
