Go Satellite: TWC Customer Service is AWFUL.
I've been a Time Warner Cable Cincinnati customer for years but recently cancelled because they wouldn't give the rate I saw advertised on TV. (They wanted me to pay $40 more than a new customer for the same bundle). But the reason I'm sharing my experience is they are giving me the run around through billing and keep charging me even though I was told I'd get a credit. Horrible customer service experience.
There are more options than ever for TV viewing - and I recommend pursuing ANY of them except Time Warner Cable Cincinnati.
I wish that I could see the dish network satellite.
I have basic cable. I have been trying to find out how much the next tier is. They do not list the prices on their web page. They have a online chat function on their web page that is always busy, atho I am always the second person in their queue. Calling on the telephone gets a person who does not understand the choices.
They want to sell digital cable, but the pricing is unclear as is the equipment needed.
I wish that I could see the dish network satellite, but there is a hill in between.
