I purchased a rifled shotgun recently and i just want to take the time to acknowledge the help received with purchase. Their staff is so courteous and knowledgeable. One of the employees, Shane, who is a young man from Kentucky, taught me how to load and use my rifle and was very nice about my lack of experience. I love my new rifle, it is beautiful. Totally impressed, I'll be back for sure! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

We have been looking for a concealable weapon for a period of weeks and happened to stop by your shop several weeks ago. David D. was our customer service rep our first time there and was very helpful in working with us to identify a weapon which might be best suited for me and my wife.

We returned and waited for David to be available. He recognized us from our first visit and was quick to assist us when he finished what he was working on. Again we discussed various weapons and accessories and decided to go with the Glock 9 mm Model 26 Gen 4. It was a good visit and we wanted to complement David about his service.

We have yet to fire the weapon but will be back for that once we check out the gun more and become better familiarized with it.

My husband and I both purchased 9mm firearms with the expert help of Tim F.

Scott purchased a Glock 26 and I bought a Ruger. When we arrived, we were uncertain as to what would be the best firearms for each of us, but Tim asked us all of the right questions and was able to suggest a few items for each of us describing what the differences were with each. He asked great questions and was able to answer all of ours. It is so great to know that true customer service is alive and well at Target World.

The guy behind the counter said it would take 30-40 minutes before a lane opens. An hour and a half later, and they still didn't have any space available, even though I could see two lanes empty. Poor customer service!! Ammo overpriced! Targets overpriced!!

Just because it's the only target range in the area, doesn't mean you get to treat customers like crap!

When visiting a place for the first time it's always good to feel like you are welcome. I am new to shooting and was a little apprehensive but when in Cincinnati I decided to visit Target World and get some range time in. My nerves were put to rest immediately, as Dan and Bruce were great. Extremely helpful and positive. Wish I lived closer.
