Rent is reasonable but utilities are through the roof. It cost almost $270 to heat a 2 bedroom apartment for one month. Most houses don't even cost that much to heat. And that doesn't include electric. Our apartment had water coming in from busted pipes in the laundry room once and from the apartment above us one time and we have only been there 6 months. Another tenent has woke up to water coming in his kitchen 4 times in 4 months and they have yet to correct the problem. That's bad business if you ask me.

• Pros: Short drive to my job
• Cons: Heating a two bedroom apartment should not cost $266.
