95% of the times I have eat Golden Chain it has been take out so I can't really comment on the wait staff service, although the woman at the register when I picked up the food is always friendly and quick. I live in Missouri now, but when I'm back home, I love to pick up some Moo Goo Gai Pan and a few egg rolls. Very good food.

It's decent for Cincinnati Chinese food. If you're used to your Chinese in bite-sized pieces, look elsewhere. They serve huge chunks of chicken in their General Tso's combo. For lunch, you won't receive an egg roll (I thought I was getting one and they ended up charging me a $1.50 extra). To me, it's same ol' same ol'...

although this restaurant appears to be nothing more than a hole in the wall, they have better chinese food than i have had anywhere else in cincinnati. chicken and beef is very high in quality. won ton soup and chicken fried rice are delicious.
