buyer beware!. We purchased a 3 piece leather sofa, love seat and chair from Bova. It was a beautiful yellow butter color, but within the first year the top layer was coming off! We went back to the store and told them and they said that we were supposed to clean and condition it every month. I have lots of friends and family who have leather and they said they don't do this. So I bought their products and every month did this but it didn't help. During the next year it got so much worse that we went back to the store, again asking for help. They gave us a business card of a leather repair specialist. After hundreds of dollars, the leather was repaired, but it was temporary. We paid the leather repair man to come again, but where his epoxy and paint didn't cover it continued to flake, stretch and the color come off. We decided to quit throwing good money after bad with repairs. The pieces have since had the seams rip apart and the leather actually has holes that are worn through it! We are so frustrated and obviously needing to replace these so we went back to Bova. We went through the whole story again hoping that they would at least give us a discount on a new purchase. NOTHING! They did go so far as to tell us the original manufacturer has since changed hands, so that we would probably not get any help from them either. They have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered for a "high end" furniture store. BUYER BEWARE.
