Joe was very helpful in explaining any questions/concerns upon first visit to the dealership. The overall experience was great, I didn't feel the typical car sales pressure's. Joe made sure that the E350 fit me personally. And Chris was very helpful in explaining the paperwork.

I was extremely pleased. I chose Mercedes-Benz of West Chester because I had previously had some work done at MB of Cincinnati and was very displeased with the service there. Even though MB of West Chester is a further drive for me, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the service department. I will always choose MB of West Chester for my repairs.
