Terrible. This is the florist that delivered flowers for my mom through 1-800-FLOWERS. I ordered a lemon-themed arrangement, which was perfect because of the "make lemonade out of life's lemons" sentiment. Turns out that the bouquet they delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered, which in turn made the card message to my mom nonsensical. I emailed 1-800-FLOWERS, and the customer service was wonderful -- very prompt with a discount coupon included and a scheduled re-delivery, none of which I expected. I figured they'd just want to be aware of the quality of florists that represent them. Couple days go by and there was no re-delivery. I emailed them again (which I hated to do because I really hate to be "that customer"), and they said they viewed my order and Beasley's had "refused to redeliver the arrangement," but found another florist that would redeliver for us. Excellent customer service, Beasley's. I wish I could post a picture so readers could see what you delivered based on what I ordered (approx. $100 bouquet!). Then refusing to fix your error? Awesome.
