Great small family business. I've been going to Dr. Jarnot for a long time now. At least ten years. He's always helped me you find the right contact. There's not a great selection of frames as it's a small shop but always great service.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. today 02/02/2011 was the first day i was recommended JARNOT optical for glasses. i was provided there phone and when i called to inquire the phone rang for quite a while, the line beeped then disconnected. I thought that i may have dialed the wrong number so i checked other sources and tried again 513 729-5099 is the number i found on multiple links. I called 8 times and encountered the same scenario listed before and there was even 3 times that the line was answered i briefly heard the employees in the background and then the line was disconnected. I never spoke with anyone on the line and quite frankly i consider this to be a very poor reflection on this JARNOT. There is nothin unprofessional than hanging up on a customer or simply refusing to answer the phone. there was no recording to leave a message nor was there a message to state the status of this company. I do not recommend any one go to this company and i will be reporting this to the BBB because this is unexceptable behavior and if employees are going to represent a business in this manner they need to be replaced or this establishment needs new management.

Does not recommend. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had been going there for years,every since I was a little girl, and stopped when I was 19. The eye examer, not the doctor stated the contacts that I was gettng would last all year long. But, when I went to another eye doctor they stated the contact lenses that I was using were terrible and were only suppose to be used for 2 weeks, but I was told one pair can be used for 3 or 4 months. My eyes were very irrated from keeping the contacts in my eyes for so long. I would not recommend this eye place to anyone.
