Very, very poor restaurant!!.
They were out of the first item I ordered, salisbury steak. The replacement item ( soup & sandwich ) had the wrong soup. The wrong soup (cheesy potato) was only 1/3 full and was so thick it was stringy. My correct soup came after 15 minutes , was barely lukewarm and the chicken was still frozen with ice crystals.
On a previous visit I ordered open face turkey. The bread under the turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes was burned black and tasted terrible.
In neither case did the manager offer any apologies.

Worst restaurant in Cincinnati.
I ate at this restaurant one time and will never go back again. The entire restaurant was dirty. The food was horrible and the service was even worse!
My food was cold and the utensils were dirty.
