So Excited. I have been a loyal customer at Candice's Boutique for the past 5 years. So imagine my dismay when I found out that the store was closing. I was so confused about where I will go to find my bras and where were my great fitters going? I just emailed the store and had Candice inform me that she will still be fitting at Dillards in Kenwood starting at the end of May. YEA!!! As long as Candice is there I have no worries that she will be able to find me the perfect fit. So if you are like me a lady who has trouble finding great fitting bras and has no clue what they are doing, then GO TO DILLARDS AND ASK FOR CANDICE. She is the bra expert!…

Superb Customer Service. I was looking on the intranet last night for a place to go while out of town to go and have my old bras replaced. I found Candice's Boutique. I thought to myself okay, I'll mapquest the location from the Hotel and back. I read all the reviews and they were excellant good and bad ( Can't please them all). I could hardly sleep last night awaiting the chance to really be fitted for my new bras. My husband constantly tell me to watch the Oprah showings when she does the segments on wearing and finding the right bra. Of course I did. But I could never really find a store in my area because I have very large breast. Finally morning came and I called Candice's Boutique store before they opened of course to leave an urgent message. I proceeded to get dressed along with my son and I didn't get a call so I said son lets go and venture out to find my new store. Reluctantly my son didn't want to go in so he went to the Pet store next door, so I rushed into Candice's Boutique, and my was it a Classy & Sassy place. I thought I was shopping at Chanel or Dolce & Gabbana let me tell you. This little petite lady came out and asked could she help me and I gave her my spill of me calling and everything. She stated I can help you find just what you need come on back. Wow, what professional service and with a smile too! She measured me and I didn't at all feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I felt like Royalty exactly... I loved the one on one. Needless to say I didn't know I had the owner, if she only knew how satisfied and pleased I was with her mannerism she could have sold me the bras that I came in for and ones that probably some that's not in my size. Candice made me feel confident. Kudos to the best boutique in the USA. Candice keep up the good work and as long as you treat your customers like royalty you will always be Rich. I will spread the word all over the USA about your store so you will have people calling and coming to Cincinnati, Ohio to buy your bras.…

Well worth my time!!. I have heard wonderful things about Candice's and being a lady who is constantly uncomfortable in her bras I thought I would check it out and I must say it was a wonderful experience!! The ladies working there were WONDERFUL!!! They were very professional and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to find me the perfect fitting bra! I had the the priviledge to work with Candice and she was a sweetheart! She took her time with me and really taught me what to look for in the proper fitting bra. She spent close to 45 minutes working with me!! I would suggest making an appointment, because I went on a weekend and it was extremely busy. I had close to a 35 minute wait because I just walked in. I wont lie I was kind of irritated that I had to wait, but I did and it was well worth it. I now know why there was a wait, its because when you are in with a fitter they take their time with you and make you feel like you are their main priority.…

Poor customer service. I went to this boutique on a Sunday afternoon. The one sales associate working had a customer in each of the two dressing rooms and another woman waiting at the counter. I waited for 15 minutes and she never spoke to me. She walked past me several times to go to the back room and still never said anything. I left and have no intention of giving them any of my business.…
