Larry was such an asshat both times we were there. Hello. I went in there for the first time with my parents, looking at engagement rings. I was showing my Mom the ring I want. The manager came over and made fun of the ring I want. I want a diamond with a halo of diamonds around it. He smuggly said, "that is the younger generation for you." I guess he thought I knew nothing about engagement rings and that I was planning on getting a small center diamond with a halo around it. I guess I will have the last laugh, cause the ring I want is 15,000 at least. We have been looking for months and that is what a jeweller who is going to design my ring said is the approx cost.

The second time I went in was just to return a Pandora bead. He looked me up in the computer, found my address, and then when I nicely pointed out that the bead had a scratch (though that was not the reason for the return), he said now that I could not return it there, I had to go to the Hannoush I purchased the ring. I know this is not true. The mananger at the other Hannoush told me all of your purchases are right there in the computer and he could have easily made the return. I will never go back. And this was right before Christmas. He is not kind, not at Christmas not EVER!! Horrible man!
