The Scene
The restaurant's pseudo-industrial interior is dressed with copper and black metal motifs, exposed pipes and Japanese accents. Dried flowers and exposed brick walls keep the atmosphere friendly. Starters include the baked goat cheese in pecan crust with field greens and tomato-basil relish. The smoked salmon pizza has a thin crust topped with Norwegian salmon, three cheeses and capers. Or try the creamy bow tie pasta flavored with aromatic garlic and tossed with wood-grilled chicken and fresh herbs.

A recommendation of this place is easy....romantic atmosphere, prompt greeting and seating (with a smile), attentive staff, and the food is succulent...a great place to get away for a couple of hours and forget about the world outside. Short story: A wedding anniversay couple was staying in the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash. After celebrating one dinner at Cascades Restaurant in the hotel, they were looking for another place to explore. I suggested Trio's. I called Trio's staff to let them know about this special couple...they helped me make an evening so romantic that the couple were completely taken aback! Thank you Trio's!!!
Pros: Atmosphere, parking, staff/service
Cons: none
