Before you arrive at Wendy's Bridal in Kenwood, prepare yourself with some thick skin to deal with a rude staff that literally drips of condescension. I reluctantly purchased one bridesmaid dress from them because my sister fell in love with it. I then proceeded to order another dress a few weeks later from the Florence location, since I wasn't too eager to work with the Kenwood staff again, and it was a more convenient location for my bridesmaid. Well, I arrived to pick the first dress up, and it was cut from the wrong fabric. The staff was rude, (as to be expected at this point) and offered no apologies. They got a replacement dress shipped within two weeks but I was really disappointed in the "customer service" I received through the whole ordeal. Now for the second dress. This one arrived four weeks before my wedding, and was the wrong "model". Obviously, it's too late in the game to get another one so I'm stuck with the dress that was mis-shipped. I'm really thankful I went elsewhere for my wedding gown! I urge all brides to consider these two mishaps before ordering from Wendy's Bridal. Had I been a "traditional" bride with five or more bridesmaids, this would have been a fiasco. I've heard similar stories about Wendy's Bridal, and my advice is this: If you have a year or more to plan your wedding, and plenty of time to allow for some (or several) product errors, then go for it. But for those of you looking to wed in under a year - just go somewhere else. Especially with all the bridal stores that Cincinnati has to offer!

I had several problems ordering my dresses for my bridesmaids. We first went out there after confirming they had the style of the dress we were looking for and they couldn't find it. Then they kept confusing the style numbers. Then they kept sending receipts to the wrong people, goodness knows where some of the bridesmaids credit card number went. THEN they did not order a maternity version of a dress, even though the file stated it. One of the other bridesmaids then signed a waiver to get a smaller size, and they ended up ordering the size THEY thought and you guessed it, she has to pay to have the whole dress remade. A HORRIBLE experience, I would look elsewhere.
Pros: Small enough to not be overwhelming
Cons: Staff is very confused, mixes up orders, doesn't know the stock
