Had a simple return but watched as they had ALL of their cashiers go off the clock at once. Never coming back here again...ridiculous

Customer Service here is hit or miss. My past few times it has been a miss. Employees with attitude problems (such as yelling "I'm busy" in front of customers) and not being helpful in general.

Great service and both the employees and managers always get things done regardless of being busy!

waited over an hour for in store pickup. manager said they were extremely busy, however, the store was fairly empty and there were about 10 employees standing around chit chatting with each other!!!!!

Lay away here is horrible. Had to wait an hour for someone to get my item from the back and that was told to be expected by the cahier ringing me out. Walmart's wait time? 5 minutes.

Avoid the store. It is always a mess and the workers there could care less if you are there or not.
