I just bought a new home and decided since my utilities were not turned on for my home inspection that I would call a plumber out to look over everything. Jim from Zins plumbing came out and greeted me first by saying.. "I don't normally deal with people your age" ( I am 23) I should have told him to leave right then but didnt since I already paid him to walk through my door. Knowing that I was a young, single female who obviously knew nothing about plumbing he took it upon himself to charge me $600 for 2 pieces that cost about $15 together. He then told me if I wanted my plumbing to be "right" that it would be another $1,200. Funny thing is... I got another estimate from another company to finish his work AND do some electrical work for me for $350. What a shock. I will NEVER use Zins Plumbing again nor will I reccomend them. Beware.
