Very pleased. I had a major water line leak in the front yard. The job was too big for my regular plumber, so he recommended Zins. The job was completed in one day with very little digging. The cost was a tad higher than expected, but the work exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for...I would & do recommend Zins Plumbing.

Got taken!. Be careful, because Zin's charges a flat-rate for their services. So they are charging the same for each job, regardless of how big or small. We got charged $500 for a simple job that 3 other plumbers told us they would charge $175 - $200. When we complained, we were told that they have more "overhead" because they are a bigger company than others. It is not worth it. There are too many FAIR plumbers.

Happy. Zins Plumbing recently repaired our sewer without digging up the front yard. I was amazed with the technology used to repair the sewer. Very cool to watch! The plumbers kept us informed throughout the entire process. Very happy with Zins!

Honest. Honest company with friendly & professional plumbers. Upfront pricing book used to give an estimate prior to any work.

Wow.... Was I taken advantage of !!.
I just bought a new home and decided since my utilities were not turned on for my home inspection that I would call a plumber out to look over everything.
Jim from Zins plumbing came out and greeted me first by saying.. "I don't normally deal with people your age" ( I am 23) I should have told him to leave right then but didnt since I already paid him to walk through my door.
Knowing that I was a young, single female who obviously knew nothing about plumbing he took it upon himself to charge me $600 for 2 pieces that cost about $15 together. He then told me if I wanted my plumbing to be "right" that it would be another $1,200. Funny thing is... I got another estimate from another company to finish his work AND do some electrical work for me for $350. What a shock. I will NEVER use Zins Plumbing again nor will I reccomend them. Beware.
