At first glance, this doesn't appear to be the place to find a wedding ring--nervous men might walk out without knowing what they're missing. Not only do the sales people not crowd you, they appear to politely ignore you until you ask for their assistance. The Rookwood location has seven certified gemologists, most of whom are also certified appraisers. They'll happily spell out the pros and cons of any diamond.
