Great Music, Lousy Venue. Pops concert with Idina Menzell was a mixed bag. Ms. Menzell and the Pops orchestra were spectacular, however, the venue is horrible. Let's start with boorish idiot with a loud boat on the Ohio that interrupted the performance on three separate occasions. There should be some way to prevent. Barge traffic going by was quiet as were other boats.

RsVIP club is a joke. You get better parking own rest rooms, ladies was in horrible condition, and the worst food for sale at any performance venue we've ever eaten. Add uncomfortable seats, confusing exit and, after this season is finished, never again.

We'll hear Pops elsewhere. A disgrace to Cincinnati easily rectified by a new facility. Only fair sound as well.

Riverbend Music Center Review. This was my first time at Riverbend, and was not impressed! My first impression was it was going to be a great night. Very cool along the River, and parking and traffic was not an issue. But once inside, if you have lawn seats you need to get there early! Many spots are obstructed view, and cant see a thing!

The facilities are also terrible. We spent the whole intermission in line for the bathrooms! Not near enough for the large crowds! People were getiing tossed out because they were going behind the facility. You gotta go, you gotta go! Beverage lines were also terrible. Not near enough to handle the crowds!

Probably will not return!

Horridly awful venue for lawn seats.... I went to my first Riverbend Concert last night - Coldplay. While the band was awesome as always, the acoustics of the lawn are awful. Chris Martin made up for it by coming out to the center lawn stage to sing to us though. :) I am 5'3" tall and the lower I went, the less I could see of the stage. The design of the shelter is horridly awful. It is pretty sad that you can pay a fortune for tickets (52 bucks for LAWN seats) and not even be able to really see the artist because of the way the building is made. I would recommend not spending the money on a lawn seat, and instead just upping your total cost to get inside. It had to have been better there. Oh and if it recently rained, or you think it is going to rain, bring a trash bag or tarp to lay your blanket on, the ground was soaked last night for us!

Overall I give this venue a 1 star for poor acoustics and seating.

Kenny Chesney Show. I attended the Kenny Chesney show on Thursday night. I paid well over $500.00 for my tickets. This was my choice to do to be able to see him, but there had to be something wrong with him. He did not put on a good show at all. I love going to Riverbend, I think it is a perfect place for concerts. The only drawback to Thursday night's show was too many people. I am just wondering if Kenny was sick or tired or what the problem was because he didn't even come back out for an encore. Right now I am kicking myself in the you know what for paying that much for the ticket.

Way too small for Kenny Chesney's Show!. Poor Kenny Chesney had no where to run during his performance on Thursday night, he is a very active performer for his audience and Riverbend didn't even have room for his stage to come out in front! What a rip-off for the artist and the fans! The stage is way too small for these big artists!Build it bigger!I do have to say the security was the best I have seen anywhere during a Kenny show!
