Jeff Morris is THE place for reliable and honest auto repairs. I've had several repairs to my cars done there. Of special value is his warranty back up. He's prompt and informative as well and just an all around good guy who stands out in a sea of unethical competitors. Need reliable, prompt and competent work? Take it to Jeff.

Absolutely unbelievable service! My car went from dead on the side of the road to running like new in less than 24 hours thanks to Morris Automotive. Jeff provided a quick quote and recommendations and was not the slightest bit pushy. He clearly explained each problem with my car, offered solutions, and in the end was far, far less expensive than anything I would have expected. I could not be more satisfied and would recommend anyone to Jeff and his team. Thanks!

Wonderful Service!. I called Morris Automotive in the afternoon with a car that couldn't start, asking if it would be possible to get it in and looked at that day. They were very flexible, and said if I got it in relatively soon, they would look at it before they left. After a series of events, I got my car started and drove it over to Morris. He made a couple suggestions for me to try some things, in hopes to avoid having to diagnose (and pay a diagnostic charge). Turns out, his suggestions were spot on, and we ended up just doing a tune-up!

They were so flexible and were able to fit my tune-up in that day with the limited time that I gave them! I would highly recommend going to Morris Automotive!

Morris on Motors is excellent like Holmes on Homes. Jeff Morris of Morris Automotive is the type of repair shop you would want your mother, sister ,father, or brother to go to if they know nothing about cars. Actually anyone should take their car here if they want quality, fair priced and excellent work done on their vehicles. I have over 347,000 miles on my car and Jeff is the reason. Like the TV show Holmes on Homes (HGTV), Morris Automotive does the job right and corrects others mistakes . He is rare in this world of make a buck at any cost service industries. If you want your car to last and you want to pay a fair price, have your repairs done at Morris Automotive . The best

Great Car Repair on the east side of Cincinnati. My father in law first introduced me to Jeff Morris and the automotive repair work that they perform. In the last 10+ years they have been working on any one of my 4 vehicles when needed. I have found their work to be top notch and reasonable. you come in with a problem, they diagnose it, review options and make the agreed upon repairs. In my experience, they get it right the first time. If any later issues arise, they make it right. Repair prices are reasonable and they perform the work as agreed upon. If anything else is found, you get a call. Only work agreed to is completed. Reliable work for a reasonable price.

Reliable, Trustworthy & Affordable. I recently moved to CIncinnati and didn't really know where to go for car repair. Morris Automotive was close and I'd heard good things so I decided to give it a try and thankfully I did. I expect most auto repair men to be knowledgable in their field, and Morris automitve certainly is, but what I liked most about is the candid and trustworthy communication they provide. Morris automotive didn't talk down to me like many dealerships have. After troubleshooting the problem, Morris automotive informed me of the issues and then fixed them for a very fair price. These are guys you can honestly feel good doing business and I for one really appreciate their service.

Honest Buisness. I came in with a problem and he knew exactly what was wrong. He was reliable, quick, and I came bck with money left in my wallet. If you are in town and you need someone to get the job done, this would be the perfect place to go. He is honest and hard-working and that rare in the Automotive Repair business. Take you car troubles here and if you have any questions just give him a call.
