Insightful and fulfilling experience with these contractors. When we got a new house in Cincinnati, we were desperately looking for an electrician to get the electrical fittings done. Considering its popularity, we were apprehensive about hiring Cooper Electric. But we decided to give it a try. The engineers were not only polite but also made sure to train us with the gadgets. They also taught us what precautions to take to keep the electrical lighting and fans well maintained. Hats off to their commitment level.

Excellent Service. In July 2010 we had a lightning strike at our house and had issues resulting from that. They were quick to respond, prompt on arrival, and thorough to make necessary repairs. Had them come back a couple days later to install a surge protector on our fuse boxes.

Because of having such a positive experience, I requested them again in March 2011 to install a new outlet. And they even clean up after themselves, which is more than I can say for the people living in my house. :)

Best Cincinnati Electrician. Various repairs and enhancements: Repaired kitchen light switch that was shorting, repaired porch light which was broken, repaired two cracked plugs, one being a gfi plug, installed new GFI circuit and plugs for exterior plug, installed new wiring, switch and ceiling fan in bedroom. Very well, no glitches and no problems in the aftermath.
