whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here. i would call to follow-up on the "progress" of my car being "fixed," the j*rk that would answer the telephone is the owners son...WOW!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THIS LITTLE GUY. if i were his dad, i wouldn't let him answer the phone. Instead of the son giving me an update, he puts me on hold (for a long time) and some other guy answers. well, this guy will tell me whatever i want to hear. if i asked him how the wings on my boat were doing, he'd tell me they were coming along great and would be ready tomorrow. as you can see, by being mislead, i keep calling. the rental car is luckily paid for, but i am soon running out of time with that. Being 4 weeks at this point of my car being ready tomorrow. so, anyway. i can't believe the son even functions in society, i don't even want to talk to "Mr Flash." so now apparently there is a second owner. JESUS CHRIST!!!!! Holy mother of God!!!!! talk about your local imbreed. F*ck... isn't there anybody else i can speak with??????????? okay, now i'm speaking with the dad. the guy that makes it happen, well, at least he has his name on the sign. he doesn't have a clue.

I was referred to this place by another car specialist. Overall these guys did a decent job, but it took them 2 months as oppposed to promissed 1 week. They never called me to update on the status of repairs- I had to do it myself. Some of the work we agreed on wasn't finished, and I had to even fix some minor things myself. They promiss you a lifetime guarentee on their work, and when I called them to see about the problem that I encounter after their repairs, they started talking about writing an estimate on the price... I wouldn't recommend this place. I am sure they are capable of doing good work, but their customer service is bad, and they don't follow through on their promisses.
Pros: capable of doing good work, but they don't follow through on some things
Cons: bad customer service, takes forever to fix a vehicle
