Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise-No car, No care (That should be their slogan). I reserved a rental car by phone with Enterprise. I explained on the phone my baby is being flown on an Angel Flight to be admitted into Cincinnati Children's Hospital. My son had a bone marrow transplant and can not be in public so the car will need to arrive to the plan like it had in the past. She booked my car and emailed me the confirmation.

Upon arriving to the airport an hour late due to thunderstorms no car was ready. When the airport called Enterprise they said our car was given away since we arrived an hour later and no other car was available that day. The airport kindly found us a car through another company that cost double since it was last minute. Meanwhile, my son was left in the airport with no immune system putting him in a very unsafe situation. I was told a regional manager would call me right away which after contacting customer service via email, chat and phone only to be called 1 1/2 weeks later. He felt no blame was on his end and offered to do nothing to make it right. So we were left with no car and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be deal with heartless people that will leave you stranded and blame it on you.…
