Terrible Bank! DO NOT USE!!. DO NOT USE this bank for any type of loan. Our experience was a nightmare and the worst our realtor ever saw in his career. As soon as they have your business secure, it will be come very apparent that they do not care about you whatsoever. Our closing date got pushed back over a month because of errors on their part, which they tried to place the blame on others and never apologized. Also, our interest rate ended up being higher than we agreed upon at closing, even though Dee Perkins, our loan officer at the bank, assured us it was guaranteed to be the percentage we agreed upon. Then Dee was suppose to call me to explain why our interest rate ended up being higher and its not been over a month and she never returned my call or emails. Terrible, terrible bank. DO NOT USE if you want to close on time or have a loan officer that cares about you the slightest bit.

Out to screw you!. Banking is meant to be a "trust" based relationship but this bank is all about selling you crappy mortgages. Check out their REO forclosure list. Perfect place to pick up an over-priced Section 8 rental! They will stick it to you real good....

Cincy's best neighborhood bank. I have been a customer of this bank for 12-plus years and have never had a bad experience with them.

I could not disagree more with the first review. In fact, I was so schocked by the negative comments that I created an account to post on this website right then and there.

The tellers are always very friendly and efficient. Also, the ATM card allows me to use another much larger bank's atm machines around town for no fee whatsoever. Do yourself a favor, and give Columbia Savings a try!

Friendly Neighborhood Bank??! Um....no.. Not much to say here. Long-time Cliftonite myself...always thought of Clifton Savings Bank as a friendly place....

Story too long, but essentially, there was an issue with information that the bank needed that they weren't able to verify--through NO fault of my own, and in my efforts to be assertive in clarifying why there was an issue I was treated SO disrespectfully and dismissively--as if I were somehow in the wrong and needed to be "punished" for demanding information. Women, you know the type of passive-agressive employee who turns on you when you refuse to be intimidated? Well, stop by Columbia Savings Bank sometime for their special brand of ugly. It's sad, because Clifton USED to be a friendly community...now the vibe is a little rougher and a little angrier and a little less wonderful, thanks to places like CSB. Forget looking for friendly. Or helpful. Or respectful. Just go to PNC next door.
