It was 32 years ago when I first visited First Christian Assembly. I found love, joy and caring people there as well as coming home to Jesus there. The pastor was an amazing man who still serves as Pastor Emeritus and is a loving and gentle man. Because of my obligations I was unable to continue my attendance there, but whenever I am passing through Cincinnati, that is where I worship. And it always feels like home.
Pros: Helpful people, caring staff, wonderful worship
Cons: can seem impersonal

I went to FCA for a while. At first I really enjoyed and loved it, the overall feeling of god and love there was overwhelming, and the services were exceptional with great varieties of music and lessons. But if you asked me now if I would attend there again I would have to say no. I haven't been there in a while and don't plan on going back...torwards the last year or two I was there things were pretty disappointing. I'm not saying it's a bad church, it's a fantastic church with great services. But I no longer felt acceptance among the people I worshipped, for reasons that don't seem fair. In fact, I felt very much like an outcast and it hurt. Ever since then I haven't really been attending church regularly. My recommendation to FCA is to work on getting it's congregation to get to know each other.
