my new smoke store!!

I MUST ADMIT I WASN'T SURE, WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS(AS IN BAD OPINIONS) BUT WE WENT ANYWAY, BY THE WAY, ONLY PLACE LOCAL TO BUY A VORTEX (WATER PIPE). . U GUYS WERE AWESOME AND I AM EXCITED TO COME BACK. U HAVE ONE OF THE LAGER VARIETY PIPE SECTIONS I HAVE SEEN LOCALLY. I WAS HELPED PROMPTLY AND ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. I EVEN CALLED THREE TIMES IN A ROW TO ASK QUESTIONS, NOT ONE ISSUE! THANKS FOR THE HELP AND ALL THE COOL STUFF

Yes they are Rude!

Been here a few times, and yes each and everytime I have been in here the staff have been rude. They don't smile, they don't even try. Forget it if you have a question. They won't answer. My thoughts are that they try to hard to be "above it all", if they were truly smokers they would be way more laid back, but I have a feeling this is just a few kids who like the anti-establishment vibe, and that's exactly what you'll get. Good luck with your business with that attitude! Go somewhere else, or if you're like me, go there because it's convienent and tell everybody else how bad it sucks. Cause it does.

This place Suckkkkssss!!!!!!!!

I have a new favorite smoke shop and that is Shakti right there by Holy Grail on W. Charlton. The smoke shop is way expensive and employees are mad rude. Shakti has unbelievable prices and the one dude spent a half hour with me helping me pick out the perfect piece...Go to Shakti, you won't regret it!!!!!!!!!

Don't Go To The Smoke Shop

I have been to the smoke shop many times and have found that the staff is not very helpful and can be rude at times. Go to the whole nine yards which is another shop right down the street from the smoke store, I find the employees there to be much more helpful and courteous!
