Just a bad night?. was it just a bad night, or a glimpse of the future? Have been going to this restaurant for about 5 years, have met the owner and felt comfortable every time we have gone. Food was always good, service was sometimes spotty. But the last time was the worst ever; sat on the deck with a fairly large group (12) and waitress was unable to handle us. Food took 1 hour to arrive for part of the group; manager came and said food was be along soon, owner did too. Never did either one of them apologize or try to make up for this obvious slight. After going there 5 years, we will never go back because of the manager and owners downright insensitivity to our plight!!
