Wonderful store

My daughter is getting married in 12 months and we set out to find the perfect dress. Not knowing where to go or even how much to expect for our budget, we went to Bridal Row in Cinci. The first store we went into the staff was extremely nice but not as helpful as we needed them to be....We moved on to the second store which was uncomfortably cold, extremely high prices and although we walked around for 10 minutes could not find anyone to help us, so we left. Then came Classic Bride....their setup was great with all the mirrors and helpful staff. They knew their stuff! We bought an off the shelf dress (so it did not have to be ordered 6 month prior) that fit like a glove. The lady helping us worked with us on the headpiece and veil with ideas that would work for my daughter's hair. We could not have been more pleased. We left with the understanding that our dress was sold as-is (which was perfectly fine with us as there was nothing wrong with the dress) and there were no returns. I would defininitely shop there again with my other daughter when the time comes!
- Pros: Very nice dresses with good prices (ask where the sale dresses are)
- Cons: Cinci was a 2.5 hour drive for us but it was a fun day

Horrible customer service

My dress was gorgeous but the problem was there were several things wrong with the dress. After driving two hours to talk to the manager who agreed to meet us at the store, she did not show up. Everyone in the store was rude to us and refused to help make the dress right. They did absolutely nothing for us. I was practicaly in tears I spent over $1,000 for this dress and it is supposed to be the most important day of your life. Now I'm forced to try and find a way to fix my dress. Don't ever shop there you will see right off the bat they are pushing and just want your money they care nothing at all about customer service.
- Cons: Everything was bad they made the most important dress i'll ever an absoluate nightmare!
