I bought my dress from European Bridal and it was a great experience. I was nervous at first because the dresses I had liked on the rack were well out of my budget! I wanted to skip my appointment to avoid discouragement. But, JoAnn had taken a few dresses in budget back to try on and let me tell you, I've just about seen them all. I was being picky the first 3 days we went on a dress hunt. JoAnn made me feel beautiful in all of them and had me convinced that I loved all but one of them! I had really fallen in love with the second to last dress I put on, myself, my mom and sister were tearing up! And it had been my fastest appointment yet! It was a highly remarkable experience as compared to most other shops we had been!

My day started off a little on the rough side. I had called and scheduled an appointment to shop for that perfect dress. However, when I showed up at the time of my appointment I was not on the books and had to walk out to the front of the store to show my bridal party, friends and family the dresses with other people watching. With that being said the service was wonderful and the consultant really listened to me and picked out 4 dresses that were exactly what I had described. And wouldn't you know it....the 1st dress I tried on was the dress I bought after trying on 3 more just to make sure. It was my very first time wedding dress shopping and we did it in record time. Only too 1.5 hours because the consultant was good at her job.

It took me two visits to European Bridal to decide on the perfect dress for me. My consultant Claudia was awesome. She listened to what I had to say. She took her time helping me try on numerous gowns, then re-trying them on, and discussing each of them and how they fit/didn't fit into what I was looking for. Other consultants gave their opinions as well and their input was extremely valuable to me since my friend who was helping me decide was in New York so we had to communicate via photos and texting.

No one ever made me feel rushed, nor were they pushy. They really wanted me to be sure that if I purchased a dress, the dress was the one that felt right to me.

Before I arrived at European Bridal, I went to many bridal stores and started to become discouraged by the lack of quality and style in gowns in the other stores. Thus I am so grateful for European Bridal because they had the classiest, best quality (for the price) gowns of any place around.

I love European Bridal! Anna took care of me, she's only a "fill in" but she was fabulous. I came from across the street where I'd put down $100 to "hold a price" on a dress that I thought was the one. Then Anna put me in a gorgeous lace Justin Alexander gown that blew me and my bridesmaids away. Anna even cried! It was everything I had said I wanted and everything I didn't think I would find in one dress. I can't wait to walk down the aisle in this fabulous gown. It couldn't be more perfect for me.

I didn't feel pressure from any of the staff. The atmosphere is classy but comfortable. I love the small intimate feel and the private dressing rooms. They make you feel special and individual, were some places take you into a room with ten other brides that you have to change in front of! It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone go to European Bridal FIRST, unlike I did. But at least I ended up there and will get the dress of my dreams. And seriously, Anna was amazing!

European Bridal was Great! Without my consultant Mary I would have never been able to find the dress of my dreams. She got me to try on a dress I thought I would have and it was perfect for my theme by venue and my body. They are very helpful. I went to other places after European Bridal and I just kept comparing to the Justin Alexander I tried on. Other places around town will try to tell you that European Bridal is too high prices and not honest which almost made me think twice but I decided to stick with European Bridal and I don't regret it. The only question I have is that since you are the ONLY place in Cincinnati that sells Justin Alexander how come he doesn't list you as a certified dealer on his website?????

I found and bought the perfect Justin Alexander dress from European Bridal! I tried on dresses last year and thought I had found "the dress". I starting looking again at dresses this year and I learned "the dress" was discontinued. I was heartbroken. But, Claudia (sales consultant) was confident that she could find me something I would love even more...and she did! Claudia made this experience worth while. She is the nicest and most helpful consultant I could have asked for. I also love European Bridal's payment plan. They only ask for 50% down at the time of purchase, which is amazing because a lot of other bridal stores want you to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.

Just bought my dress at European Bridal! It's not what I originally was picturing, so I'm really grateful that Erin picked it out and had me try it on. Erin was truly great, very helpful and personal but best of all she was not pushy. I didn't feel pressured to buy the dress and she let me take my time deciding. Overall, I had a great experience there, (especially compared to other boutiques I visited)!

European bridal is a wonderful salon to find the perfect wedding dress. I looked in Indianapolis, Chicago, and Cincinnati and European had the most unique selection with reasonable prices. The staff was extremely knowledgable regarding how the designers would be able to customize each gown and my consultant Erin really listened to what I wanted and selected the perfect dress for me. I had been to several salons where I felt a lot of pressure and European was not this way. They were patient with me and just wanted me to find something that made me happy...which I did! I would most definitely recommend European Bridal to any bride looking for a unique, beautiful selection of gowns and a friendly, helpful staff.

European Bridal made finding my dress incredibly relaxing and fun. It was a one stop shop for me. I went one morning and left two hours later with the perfect dress picked out! JoAnn was so helpful in finding dresses for me within my budget. She actually encouraged me to try on styles different than I was picturing and I ended up getting one of those dresses. I did not feel the need to look anywhere else and would highly recommend European Bridal!

Great experience at European Bridal! There was a great selection of very beautiful dresses. Mary Lyon was super helpful and assisted me with picking dresses that matched my specifications. I was stunned when I tried on the first dress and was IN LOVE!!! There was no need to try another- I purchased this one right then and there. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day in May 2013!! :)
