Concerned renter. I rent a space in northside from about space. They never clean the bathroom telling us "its our responsibility" (serious health code violations going on there). The hallway smells like urine occasionally. They just took away the dumpster outside telling us "it is now your responsibility to remove your trash from the facility". They charge alot and are not friendly. They advertise climate controlled rooms but AC is non-existent. I hope they read this and change there policys. Bottom line do not rent from this company they do not care about you or your comfort.
