Experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy. I seldom write reviews but this small-business provided excellent service, compelling me to write one.

Two months out of warranty, my LCD TV went dead, no picture, no sound. I called TV Electronic Services and they were able to come to my home the next day to diagnose my problem. They provided an accurate estimate and came out the following week to install parts.

I was very frustrated that a TV I spent so much money on failed so quickly but they were sympathetic to my frustration and provided service quickly and at a reasonable rate.

I highly recommend

Bad Experience - Do NOT recommend! Save Your $. On January 11, 2011, I brought my 400 Disk DVD player into them because they are an authorized Sony service center for that unit. The unit originally cost $400 years ago & now sells for $200. I paid them OVER $100 to repair the unit. I did not get it back till 2/15/11. As of JUNE 2, it stopped working & I immediately tried to call them. You could not get thru & their answering machine was full. When I did bring it in, they confirmed that the supposedly new part I bought FROM THEM & had installed was defective & that is why it has the same problem again. BUT, since it was about TWO PUNY weeks after their 90 warranty on repairs.... they would not re-fix it and told me to call Sony. How would you feel if this were you? I do not recommend them!

Great Experience. This family owned business is so nice and friendly. I've had problems with huge corporations like Best Buy and Wal-Mart because I felt like they didn't care about my problem with my TV and didn't want to help. This was not the case with Bigner TV Electronics. The lady on the phone was so nice when I described my problems and could give me a price range and diagnosis right there! They were so helpful and efficient. They were quick to fix the problem with my TV and because of that I never miss Grey's Anatomy or any of my TV shows!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

can fix it if they can get parts. After my 2 year old Philips went dead called Tv Electronics. They told me after coming to my house that normal repairs would take 10-14 days. After 10 days they called and told me that the part was on back order, with no date as to when it would be shipped. After 2 more weeks they told me that the part was still not available. I became very upset. They had my $2000 tv and could not get parts? The receptionist gave me the phone number to Phiilips and told be that if I called, maybe they could help me. After being "on hold "with Philips for 45 minutes. they told me the same thing. part was not currenctly available. This ty is only 2 years old!! TV Electronics tried several other sources but still could not locate part! After a long discussion with the repair center, they told me that this is getting pretty much the normal expereince that they are unable to get some parts. It happens with all the different brands. Isn't there some law about being able to supply parts for 7 years?? I was getting very upset with the repair center, but after listening to thier explantion I now understand that they have thier hands tied. If they cant get parts how can they fix the tv? I wish I knew all of this before I bought such an expensive tv. GOOD NEWS after 9 weeks the part came in and the tv still working as good as new. Just be aware that if they tell you 10-14 days, this is based on parts being available. no parts no repair. Receptionist was pleasant even when I lost my cool

A History of Good Service. This is the first review I have ever written. I have been using Bigner TV Electronics beginning with a stereo repair in the 1980's to currently fixing my big screen TV. I think they have stayed current on changing technologies and have always maintained professional and courteous service. I will continue to patronize this business, especially since so many family owned businesses close.

Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience. My 5 year old HItachi TV started having problems in Nov. so I called Binger as they are a preferred repair shop for Hitachi. The first time they came out, they had my TV for two weeks. I called the shop for a status and was told the TV was repaired. The TV was returned to me, however it had not been repaired. I called the shop, and they took the TV back to the shop a second time, and after two weeks again said they had repaired it. When the TV was returned, again it still was not repaired. At this point, the repair man said that they are trouble shooting the problem, and he has some thoughts on what the problem might be but he's not 100% certain so they would have to start charging me replace different parts until they found the exact problem of the repair.

I tried contacting management or the salesperson but was never able to get ahold of anyone other than the technician. Finally, after four months of trying to deal with them, I received a check in the mail for the original repairamount less $100.

I would not waste your time, and find a different repair service before considering letting Binger touch your TV.

A great service experience. After purchasing a very expensive television from an electronics store, it broke down within the warranty. Bigner TV was the authorized service repair center and did a professional repair on our set. I was very happy with their service and would certainly use them both in and out of warranty. The part was on back order from the manufacturer but they worked with me and the manufacturer to find the part elsewhere. I have recommended them to other people and would certainly vuse their service again. Being in the service industry myself I felt they were sympathetic in my unhappiness and frustration at being without a tv.

Bad Service. They were scheduled to come out to look at an 8 year old Mitsubishi Big Screen. The service tech left a message the morning of the visit and asked me to call the office to confirm I would be there. I did call and talked to a girl in the office, who obviuosly did not call the tech. He didn't show up. I called at 5:00 and they said I didn't return the call. When I got mad and told them i did, they sent someone over right away.

he took the guts of the TV and a $100 deposit and said if it was more than $300 they would calll me and they would have it done in 10-14 days. No one called. I called back after 17 days and they said the tech wasn't in but they would call me back. They didn't. I called back again and the tech wasn't in again, but the girl did look at the notes and said they were having problems finding 1 part. She said they would call back again, and again they didn't. At one point about 6 weeks into all of this they said "We will try to find the part and if we can't we'll just have to wash our hands of this". This is an 8 year old TV from a major manufactuer.

After 2 months they finally told me they found the parts and that it would cost almost $500, minus the $100 from my deposit. I said no. I'll put the money toward a new TV. Now I have to go to there place to it up.

Lousy service!

excellent service in a tough industry. After buying an expensive piece of equipment and have it fail, we were very pleased with the service from Bigner TV Electronics. While the part was on back order (from the manufacturer) and we had to wait 3 months, they were very polite and thorough in their explanation that they were working with the manufacturer to resolve the repair. I would most definitely use them again, in or out of manufacturer's warranty
