The owner of Parkway Automotive really cares about his business and really wants to make sure you are pleased with your service.
I am happy with my service at Parkway. Joe and the boys have always made sure I was happy with my service. The attention to good service is a major plus point!
The hands on, attention to detail and care to make sure I understand what I needed was so appreciated!

Needs Fixin", Bring it to ParkWay Automotive.
I have been bringing my husband's classic Stealth to
Parkway Automotive for 4 years. Whenever I call the shop the greeting is ALWAYS cheery and prompt. The owner is one of those good ol' boys that takes pride in his work; cares that he handles your car so that you are not inconvenienced and can get on with your work and life. You really get that he likes people, and it shows in the way he deals with people. Bottom line, he is prompt, professional, and pleasant and charges a fair price for dependable service

Stay Away!.
Sketchy business, stay away at all costs. Went in to have 2 serpentine belts and my timing belt replaced. The estimated $360 dollar job cost me $760+. They charged me $244.22 for a ~$100 timing belt. They will also try to make you buy unneeded repairs for inflated prices (they wanted me to think a water pump and cam shaft seals cost $600). This is an unethical business that is STEALING from unknowing customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid Parkway Automotive.
