Everybody in my household ordered some of their wings. I placed call in order for $50.00 worth of food! When my mom brought the order back, my order was missing. I called the store to let them know that I was missing my individual order. They said I was lying, because the cook dropped the order! I heard the manager over talking asking the girl at the counter, was she sure she packed the order or do you think "she is trying to steal!!!)" O.K. Dear Murray's, customers should always come first!

Especially if they already are spending over $50.00! I don't need to steal seven dollars worth of wings, you ARE very rude people. I never got my refund and they hung up the telephone on me. If customer service is important don't go to Murray's on Queen City. If you do CHECK UR ORDER!!! BEFORE U LEAVE!!!

Cool bar, Good wings and Great fish - A westside gem. I went to this spot with a couple of college friends one night and I have to say I enjoyed the ambience as well as the food. The service was pretty good, too; although I had to wait for the food to cook I prefer it that was as opposed to getting something that sat under a heat lamp. Tastes good, feels good. If you love wings and/or fish you must try it!

Great food, poor service. Can do much better in that regard.. This place has great food, but the people behind the counter are incompetent and rude. If you come here ALWAYS check your order before leaving as you will only get an argument if you complain after the fact. Mr. Jeff Yount needs to hire people who are more competent and can pay attention to what they are doing! This place is next to a sports bar called Murray's. A nice bar and good bartenders.
