Great Service and the BEST ribs.. My family and I stopped in at Hooligans while shopping in the Pleasant Ridge area. We were greeted by friendly faces as soon as we walked in the door. After looking over the menu, we placed our order with our server. It did not take long for our food to come out. I ordered a full slab of ribs, these were the most tender ribs that I have ever had and the BBQ sauce us unlike any other that I have had before. I had to inquire, and learned that Hooligans makes its own sauce. On my way out I asked for a menu for carryout and learned that they also deliver! This was a great dining experience for me. I have been to other small family owned restaurants and the level of service was no where near as good as it was at Hooligans. I will be back!

lives up to it's name. My friends and I won't be going to this establishment again. They have over charged us many times, and when confronted, they deny any wrong-doing. I guess if you have money you'd like to throw away, Hooligan's is the place to be. Otherwise, there are so many places to go in Cincinnati. Don't waste your time and money here.
