Fitworks Fitness Ctr

BEWARE!. I do not recommend anyone go to this gym, and especially not sign up for a membership. I was told I had to sign up for a two year membership. Halfway through I injured myself at the gym due to an illness I was not aware I had. The gym employees told me to get a doctor note to forfit my membership and then denied it. I am still locked in a battle with their billing department and the manager, Andrew. He is completely rude and does not return emails or phone calls. Pam from the headquarters in the billing department is also extremely rude. This gym is a total scam.....STAY AWAY!!!…

this gym sucks. i told them before the contact started i dont want it and still billed me they said you signed the contract and they dont care. then i called there billing dept. and said i was not in the system. beware....…

Some not very Professional employees. I've been a fitworks member for over 9 yrs. During this visit I walked in and was greeted by a dark haired white younger looking lady(new) at the front desk. As I was lifting weights I noticed one of the older black fitness instructors go over to her and hug her like 3 times over about a 10 minute period. Then as I was leaving I saw 2 other employees of the same type description being very close in proximity along with about 5 other employees/people standing around at the front desk. The younger lady greeters at the front desk seem to have a high turnover rate. I wonder why.…
