A favorite watering hole for sports fans since 1956.. The Scene
The usual sports guys and their sports girls, especially UC and Xavier basketball fans, fill in amongst the memorabilia on the walls and big-screen TVs locked on sports. You'll see people wearing Reds stuff in baseball season, Bengals stuff in football season and UC or Xavier stuff in basketball season. The weekend crowd can get pretty big, but it's worth coming early to cozy up next to a big-screen with a pitcher and a pizza.

The Food
What sets Sorrento's apart from most sports bars is that its food is actually pretty good. There are the usual suspects, like hot wings and potato skins, but the Italian specialties really shine. The Bob Huggins pizza drips with pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and sausage. Sandwiches, like the Dennis Janson and Skip Prosser, feature Italian deli meats, meatballs, homemade sausage and loads of provolone.
