I called Roto-Rooter when our sewage system backed up. They came out the same day just a few hours after I called. The technician, Andy, was very helpful and informative. He took his time to make sure that the issue was completely taken care of and that we also understood what was going on. He was very careful to keep things as clean as possible while working and cleaned up when he was done. As a result of this experience, I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.

I needed a drain cleared and was off work today...called this morning and someone was here within an hour! Drain cleared ,professional,and tidy service...and still have the rest of the day to do what I needed to...!

We called Roto-Rooter about our garage drain backing up. They got it flowing again within a couple of hours of calling them...but then they wanted to put a camera down the sewer line. Well they did and found out that my main sewer line was broken and needed replaced. Then within 2 days they were at my house and dug up and replaced my sewer line. I am quite pleased with them getting the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Roto-Rooter replace our main sewer line. The work went as expected and I assume the line was installed correctly. However, the job took them only one day and the charge was over $9,000 dollars! I called the field manager to ask why such an exorbitant amount for one day's work, but he did not return my call. I'm not happy about this at all!

I contacted Roto-Rooter today because my mainline was backed up. They were at my door and ready to work in less than 30 minutes. This was the fastest plumbing service that I have ever received. I used the same company in september 2012. The plumber who came to my door (David Denton) remembered my issue, knew my concerns and completed the service in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family.

Yesterday, we were facing 3 clogged drains in our home and Roto-Rooter dispatched David Denton and his technician-in-training, Rob. As with previous Roto-Rooter service calls over the years, Dave and Rob were courteous, professional and skilled. They unclogged all of the lines and even rebuilt some of the traps to function more efficiently. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone and I specifically commend Dave and Rob on a job well done.

Our bathtub was not draining. I only had to wait 2 hours on a Friday afternoon! Dave was professional and very helpful and so far the tub is draining again!

The basement sink and washing machine drain was backed up. Andy (#1340) was there in a timely manner. He was friendly and got the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend.
