Roto-Rooter plumbers in Cincinnati Oh were very professional and upfront regarding our sewer back up issue. They stayed until the issue was fixed and gave us several options if the back up occurred again. No upselling pressure. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions.

The plumber, Chris was very considerate of our needs and of our house. We called roto-rooter and Chris was here within the hour. He was a very knowing plumber,and he went right to work fixing our clogged sewer.He even showed us the drain pipes with the camera he had on the end of this devise he had in Cincinnati

The plumber Heath Sutton was a nice personable professional plumber who came to our home to troubleshoot a clog issue. He gave solid insight and a decent bid towards fixing our aging homes pipes. I was worried when my sewer backed up that it would take weeks to fix since my line had to be dug up and replaced. After they assessed the situation they assured me the repair would take 3 days. Once into the dig they reaccessed and saved me money and no tear up on my driveway and sidewalk was necessary. They were freindly and professional. I would recommed to anyone.

I always use Roto-Rooter when looking for a plumber in Cincinnati. They are helpful, personable, and provide very reliable good service. This is especially important because plumbing emergencies do not usually leave me in a calm, relaxed state, so I especially appreciate knowing that I can count on them. My only issue is that they gave me a window from 10-noon and did not appear until 1:40PM. I understand that these things are hard to predict, and I have to say that they did keep me closely informed on the phone about the situation. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter, no question!
