Exceptional Customer Service. Sean, Nick, Tom and Mike went out of their way to right the wrong that Chuck caused. Tom emptied the septic box. Sean and Nick unclugged the lines and were friendly, knowledgable and quick. Mike, the Manager, was apologetic and professional for the mishap with Chuck.

I will always call Sean Townsend for my plumbing needs. They turned a horrible situation into a pleasant experience and made the bad go away.

Overpriced. Do not use this Company. Roto Rooter Stinks.. I contacted Roto Rooter because I had a clogged outside drain pipe. The lady on the phone said that the trip was free and she could have someone out that evening. That was not the case. When Roto Rooter finally arrived they severely over charged my to snake my pipe and run a camera to identify the location of the issue. When they found it was a broken pipe, the field manager gave me a ridiculous quote of over $3,000 to fix a pipe that was 1' 6" under ground. I had the issue fixed by a plumber in Cincinnati today for $450. Do not pay the crazy amounts they charge. Roto Rooter is owned by Chem Ed, and they charge a huge amount to pay for the downtown building. Choose your local plumber, not a company that charges absorbant amounts. Roto Rooter Stinks.…
