HORRIBLE BANK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used to have Franklin Savings and Loan before they merged with Cheviot Savings Bank, i NEVER NEVER had a problem with Franklin BUT literally the week they merged with this horrible bank I have had issues they put holds on things sometimes over a week after they have cleared the account so it is like buying the same thing 2 times and returning one of the items in a week. my balance is always 20+ off for instance right now i have -7.50 and actually have 54 dollar balance!!!!!!!!!! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND COULD THESE HOLDS MAKE SENSE TO?!?!?!?! so i call and they treat me like i am an idiot?! i am LITERALLY a genuis!! so nice try.. I COMPLETELY understand how the holds work I DO NOT however understand the POINT of taking my money 2 times?? I WILL BE SWITCHING banks! this is the last straw?! and not to mention all of the ""uncollected funds charges"" what on earth is that? sounds like a bank error charge they forgot to collect and when it comes out over a month later they charge these ridiculous charges that CLEARLY are not my fault?!
