Very rude and unsympathetic. My wife has a cat aprox 6 yrs old which has urinary issues and has been on a special dietary food that helps the urinary tract. On top of that, he was abused as a kitten prior to my wife rescuing it when it was about 1-2 yrs old. Anyways, the cat uses the litter box several days in a row, or even a few weeks, then all of a sudden he will go on the floor, the basement, the couch, and recently by the front door. He has been to the vet 3 times over the past 6 months. The 1st time we found out the cat had crystals which was treated with medication. The other two times, the vet believed it was a behavorial problem. We have a litter box on each floor and they are the cleanest most appealing litter boxes you would ever see, However, the cat still occassionally goes to bathroom outside the litter box in areas not even close to where the boxes are. We are running out of options.

In a last ditch effort, we made an appointment with Judith Clemons based on the good reviews and the fact she specializes in cats. Well, after making the appointment, the assistant or who ever handles the phones called back and canceled telling us to go the animal hospital even though we explained to her this would be the 4th time of us taking the cat to the vet in the last 6 months. She was extremely rude and unfriendly the 1st time we scheduled the appointment and even more so when she called back to cancel the appointment.

Very dissappointed and the assistant was just plain mean and posses absolutely no customer service skills what so ever.

Caring Cat Doctor. Not your typical veterinary clinic. This place is cozy and personable. Smaller than most clinics yes; but this is a plus because Dr. Clemons takes the time to talk to you about your cat's needs. She has many years of experience treating cats with various medical needs. The prices are more than reasonable too. Also it's less stress on your cat because there's no dogs barking in the background.
