Is it Really Worth it?.
I got an appointment with a salon director there, in hopes of getting a quality haircut, even though It is kind of pricey treat...
She had a great personality ans everyone is nice, but 2 days later, when I washed my hair I began to notice that my layers are all uneven and my bangs are just plain assymetrical and the whole cut is very poorly executed.
I honestly NEVER had that happen to me before, even when I use to go to "Great Clips" years ago...
I was hoping to get an Expensive and Good cut from a proffesional with 11 years of experience but I guess expensive doesn't mean great in this case.
I have to take my business elsewhere, very upset!!!…
Don't waste your money. Way too expensive. Double the price of everyone else! Call center is a joke. Triple check your appointment because you probably don't even have one!

I have been going to the Kenwood location for a few years, dropping a couple thousand every year. Then I discovered that the rookwood location is a lot closer to my home, so I have made an
appointment with the salon to treat my best friend's mom for mother's day.
We made appointment 2 weeks prior to going in, and they told us if we want to cancel they would like a 24 hour notice. No problem. On the day of our appointment, we arranged our whole day around our 5:30 appointment, just to get a phone call at 4:30 telling us that the girl didn't feel well, so they are cancelling our appointment. No apologies, no attempt to try to find us another appointment, just that s**t happens. I was not happy, but rescheduled for two weeks later.
Two weeks later, again, we scheduled our whole day around this big spa day, work early, get off, speed home, go to spa, then dinner. Well, two hours prior to our appointment, they called and cancelled again. Once again, no empathy, no attempt to help. I told them I'd like to speak to someone in charge, they transfer me straight to someone's voicemail. I call back asking to speak to a real person, not a machine, the receptionist, Mariea, told me that the lady in charge is gone for the day (3:30PM), and that she will not be taking a message for me to have the lady call back, and that the conversation is over.
There are hundreds of spas around Cincinnati, you can be sure I will be taking my money somewhere else rather than getting cancelled over and over again an hour prior to my appointment and be told s**t happens…
Well worth the money!. I've been going to Mitchell's for over 6 years for my hair, nails and massages. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad service. The staff is always top notch. They are a little pricey but always worth it!…
WAAAAAAYYY Overpriced!. Mitchells Salon has an excellent reputation for experienced Hair colorists and hair design experts. I am physically sickened and feel VIOLATED by my recent trip to the West Chester Salon. Although the stylist was accurate and did an excellent job, When I went to check out, the total for a partial highlight and a root touch-up with cut was $ $214 - NOT including gratuity! This is AMAZING to me! What kind of society allows businesses to charge these types of prices. I feel like I have been ROBBED!…
