So-so experience. I went there for a haircut and brought a picture to show the stylist what I wanted. My new haircut ended up looking exactly like my old haircut, albeit an inch shorter. I had asked for side-sweeping bangs and brought in a picture to show her exactly what I wanted. She cut a small portion of my hair in the front and it looks nothing like the picture. When I tuck my hair behind my ears it looks like I had nothing done to it. I spent a lot of money getting my hair cut...and the end result was paying 50 bucks for her to trim my split ends. I would not recommend this place. Too pricey and quality isn't the greatest.

bad experience. I had a very bad experience at the salon about a month ago. I went in for a facial and eyebrow wax. My facial was ok, but I've had better. I was very disappointed in my eyebrow wax. She took too much off and they appeared to be a bit uneven. Call me picky, but I am a paying customer and should be completely satisfied with my services. I would not recommend getting services done at this salon. My girlfriend also had a very bad "hair" experience there as well.

Brow wax. If you ever considered getting your brows waxed, I highly recommend Jenny. She does a great job. I had no idea my eye brows could look so good.

hair cut & highlight. My hair cut & color was pricey for the level of skill and quality of service. I had someone who cut my hair dry. The result was hair which was an inch longer on one side and sporadic uneven layers in the back. My highlights had to be redone three times. She did not show me color swatches even though it was my first visit. Overall service was very disappointing.

Great Experience. Chip is the best! Atmosphere is classic and fun at the same time. Great selection of products and they hours that work around working people!
