Great Experience working with Patricia Michael
by Michael1010 at Citysearch
I worked closely with Patricia Michael on a bus tour of Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. After much deliberation and cost analysis she recommended the perfect bus tour for my dad and I. Very knowledgable on all our destinations! Highly recommend! She even responded to my calls on Satudays mornings due to my busy schedule! Thank you!!
Great Hotel BUT...

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Great Flexibility and Service
by Gibby767 at Citysearch
Vicky is a pro. She knows all the tricks and will work out ways to get you from point A to point B as efficiently and cheaply as possible. My daughter is studying in Europe -- she was leaving from Cincinnati and returning to a different city 6 months later...and we don't know the return date. Vicky checked one-way fares through tix brokers and fees for changing the ticket to get me the best price. Fabulous customer service. She is my go-to person for travel.
- Pros: Great for booking complex trips you just can't do online
- Cons: A fee for booking....but worth every penny!

It is our belief that miscommunication caused Kate's dissatisfaction with our agency.

Worst Travel Agency EVER
by kate1f7 at Citysearch
If you are planning a honeymoon or any trip for that matter I highly suggest you find a different travel agency. My fiance and I are getting married on June 7th and our biggest headache and disappointment has been Victoria Travel. I went to bridal show and was told by the ladies at the Victoria Travel booth that if you book your trip with them you will automatically be enrolled in the Bridal Registry program. I was very interested b/c my fiance and I already live together and don't need the household items most newly married couple recieve. We set up an appointment in February over 4 months prior to our wedding. Everything was great until one month later Vicotria Travel called saying we owe the entire balance of our honeymoon that day, which was roughly $8,000!! We were outraged! We recieved no phone calls prior to this. We paid it seeing that we did not want our trip to be cancelled but Mary Ann Wiggins, our travel agent assured us that they would continue taking our guest donations as wedding gift to us. The only registry I put on my invitation was to Victoria Travel so you can imagine how upset I was when 3 weeks before my wedding they called my fiance to say that they will no longer accept donations! They are telling are guests that the honeymoon is already paid for, yes it is to them but I still have a $8,000 dollar credit card bill to pay for!! I believe no bride should go through what I have and hope that this prevents you all from booking a vacation with vicotria travel.
