Too close to UC OCAS. The proximity of the Brewhouse makes it a convenience and a burden. The food is good and the prices are fair, but my students have a tendancy of going there between class and coming back to campus wasted.

A Walnut Hills neighborhood dive for drinks, food, sports and music.. In Short
Just minutes from Eden Park, the Brew House attracts neighborhood locals as well as those visiting the park or nearby Krohn Conservatory. In addition to drinks and inexpensive food items, the Brew House is known for its daily homemade desserts including fresh peach praline pie, lemonade cake and rich triple chocolate cake. For music, pop a few quarters into the jukebox or stop by for live shows four nights a week.

burger-licious!. It is the Cheers of Cincinnati with lots of regular customers. Go there a few times and everyone knows your name. There is a blues jam on Saturdays and Bluegrass on Tuesdays. With happy hour 3 - 7 pm (half price appetizers and $3.00 big pitchers of domestic beer) and daily lunch specials, it is a great place to eat with friends. Lunch specials include 6 oz. ham/cheeseburger, fries and soft drink for $5.50, marinated chicken sandwiches, salads, huge subs, and quiche. My favorite pub in Cincinnati. They also deliver.
