Mr. Joe, it is important to me to acknowledge and thank you for taking such personal concern for customers. You seem like a true leader of a Wonderful Staff, who are kind, always greet me by name, then work in professional way with 4(?) others: movements are always smooth and easy amongst every one . . . non-stop.

It's always good to see each of you over the past few years.

And especially, thanks to Mr. Joe for calling me asap this morning.
